Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and countless others are now dead and gone. Some by the hands of others. Some by their own cowardly hand. In either case, it was the uprising of the people or war that brought their demise. Has Obama crossed that line where his own defeat is self evident?

If you have any doubts that this nation is heading to the Statist/Fascist form of government, you really are foolish in your beliefs. Look around and tell me what part of your life is government NOT in control? What are you able to do that is either not regulated or taxed? I can answer both questions easily.

1. You have no aspect of your life in which government is not either regulating or controlling.
2. There is so little that is not taxed or regulated: I would have to sit for a lifetime to come up with one example

With all that has happened since inauguration day, this nation has headed down a slope that can be called nothing less than Fascism/Statism. Our current banking system is under direct control of government. TARP money has bailed them out and we hear this past week, that even more capital is needed to “insure the safety” of our economic system to the tune of countless billions of dollars. The initial TARP “loans” that were secured by Preferred stock is going to be converted to Common Stock which gives government nearly 100% control of the banking industry. (If you don’t know the difference, simply put, Preferred Stock represents no ownership in any company, but is a stock that pays a guaranteed dividend. Common stock IS ownership in a corporation and has voting rights for Boards of Directors, policies to be adopted, and other rights of any shareholder. Preferred stock has no voting rights)

Then let’s look at the Chrysler bankruptcy deal. Direct government (administration) intervention has assured government control, union control, and little concern for those who actually made direct investment in Chrysler through bonds they invested in. Many of these bondholders will receive pennies on their actual investments, hence, losses amounting to billions. Yet, our President refers to these as “selfish” people without any regard for their economic well being. Bonds are SECURED loans and in a bankruptcy proceeding, by law, these are supposed to be paid first from any proceeds available. This deal will assure them they are last on the totem pole with the UAW being the very first to be awarded nearly 100% recovery on their bond holdings. That is going to lead to another debacle that will lead to total government control, ownership, and management of Chrysler in the very near future. The Fiat-Chrysler “merger” is supposed to save this company, but little faith is going to be given to such a deal as Fiat has been the Italian governments pet project for some time. Building cars in Italy is nothing like the free enterprise system we have here. Government all but runs the Italian car industry and will either want to do the same here with Chrysler and will force U.S. involvement as well.

GM is going to be the next one in line for another forced bankruptcy under direct government control from the White House. No doubt, the path and direction is being laid out in the Chrysler deal and the future of GM is going to be much the same as Chrysler’s fate. Obama has no restraint in firing those who won’t “get in line” as he did with GM’s head, Rich Waggoner, and will do the same again with any corporation that doesn’t tow the government line in his effort to bring this nation under the complete and utter control of government.

Our energy future is going to be resting in the hands of government all too soon as well. Already the Obama administration has indicated that he will no allow further exploration for new oil and gas resources. Much of the previously available land has been closed to further development, the oil shale projects are being closed, and no new offshore drilling is going to occur. Alaska will be shut out of the debate at the Federal government level soon enough. Atomic energy is out as the Obama budget de-funds the Yukka mountain nuclear waste facility,and  is assuring that any new nuclear power plants will not be built by attempting to stop the building of those projects underway.

You see the controls in energy beginning to happen with the onslaught of EPA regulations that classify CO2 as a “harmful emission”. Any power plant, factory, or industry that “emits CO2″ will be under strict regulatory policy by the EPA who can and will write regulations curbing the release of this harmless and necessary trace gas (385 parts per million in our atmosphere is a TRACE GAS!). Every single business and industry will come under EPA regulations as they literally have the ability to write the law without any Congressional action. Trust me, YOUR job and your employer or your business is at risk of either closing or reducing it’s workforce to meet these oncoming regulations.

Should we add the possibility that the Cap and Trade scheme is going to be enacted this year to the mix? Well, let’s think about that one for a bit. It will result in a near doubling of your current electric bill, your water bill, your sewage bill, your gasoline prices, your food costs, and any other item you might purchase will be affected by this law. When the public outrage occurs, the government will be the very first to get on the bandwagon of promises and then have every reason to take over the power plants and other industries to “reduce the costs to the people of these vital industries” to the American way of life. Does that sound familiar? It should, because it is exactly the same rhetoric Mussolini and Hitler used to take over their nations in the 20′s and 30′s!

Now, let me give you a number you need to remember. $15 TRILLION American dollars. Now what does that represent? The current administrations commitments to either spending or guarantees that have been made since Obama took office. In other words, this represents the TARP bills, the Stimulus package, the budget proposals, the loan guarantees, and all the promises offered from the government. This is money that you, the taxpayer are going to be either asked to come up with, or on the hook for, should the economy take another little dip as it inevitably will with current spending levels of the government. Let me give you another number. $57 TRILLION American dollars. Now that number represents the FUTURE promises of all “unfunded liabilities” of this nation in our Social welfare programs, including Social Security, Medicaid, Food Stamps, Housing, and any other social welfare program currently in existence. This DOES NOT include any proposals for expanding the role of government into “universal health care” that is in the pipeline to come.

I honestly could go on and on with what all of this is going to mean, but to put in as simple a term as possible, our government is creating this crisis situation in order to once again, exert government power to take over every single aspect of this nation, it’s people’s lives, and our incomes and benefits we enjoy. Our Freedom and Liberty is under direct assault and way to many people are sitting on the sidelines waiting for the other shoe to drop. Then there are those who chose to sit on the sidelines, collect their government goodies, and who pay NO TAXES into the system and use it for all it is worth. These people also vote.

This is nothing more than pure and unadulterated FASCISM at play. Dare to call me a lunatic, but when you look into the annuls of history, you see the very same power plays at work, the very same economic system at work, and the people desiring government to do the things like “make the trains run on time” as Mussolini achieved in Fascist Italy.  The fate of these nations ended in war and/or death to these tyrants.

Our nation has already reached the point where the levels of government spending and commitments is unsustainable. The burdens of taxation will be overwhelming on every single working American to the point where their very existance will be reduced to serfdom under the direct tyranny this nation was founded in order to excape. At what point do we the people of this nation say “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” and do more than push back. Will it lead to the same demise of our politicians that Rome, Italy, Germany, and other nations who have embarked on this venture have been dealt? Or will it lead to the demise of our entire nation by a war of another conquorer?

I see people each and every day look toward Washington with an eye of fear. I see people who are tired of the spending, the taxation, and the out of control predatory regulations that dictate life in general for everyone. Freedom and liberty are at the hands of government and appear to be heading out the door for all of us. When will this frustration turn to anger and a desire to turn back the role of government to the Constitutional government that was created by the founders of this country? When will YOU begin to wake up to the road this nation is heading down and actually do more than offer lip service to what is happening around you? Jefferson said plainly that “When the people fear government, you have tyranny. When government fears the people, you have LIBERTY”. Your role in this whole ordeal is to help make government fear WE THE PEOPLE and retake this nation from those who desire power and control that our Constitution promised to the citizens. It really is approaching the time for the NEXT American Revolution. Will it be peaceful or one of war? I pray for the former as people become enlightened on what is happening around them.

Will you take a moment and read the Redress of Grievances Petition and make a commitment to take back our nation? Will you actually commit to doing more than sitting on your hands and actually make an effort to tell Washington enough is enough? If so, you will sign the Petition, and then you will encourage others to do so as well. It is time for the PEOPLE to control our government once again. Otherwise, we are going to see government in TOTAL control of the people. That is the Obama Fascism that will lead to the demise of this nation. May God help us all if we let that happen.

The past couple of weeks has made America a far weaker nation from a National Security standpoint. Loss of the CIA’s ability to use certain interogation techniques and the Pelosi efforts to play CYA on her knowledge of the use, along with “House Oversight” from the House Intellegence Commitee, the CIA just became useless. What’t next out of Washington?

With the CIA becoming not just demoralized, but those entrusted to determine activities of our enemies at a standstill for fear of  “doing something” that will lead to possible prosecution or even worse, appearing before a House or Senate committee to publicly disclose the activities, our national security has become a joke to those who would love to see this nation destroyed. Someone should sit our President down, and our House and Senate leaders down and inform them that the very first order of business for our government is this nations’ PROTECTION by what ever means is necessary to prevent another attack on American soil.

Instead of being concerned with the protection of this nation, Pelosi is more interested in saving face in light of the fact she had first hand knowledge of the waterboarding, the sleep deprevation, and the other techniques used by the CIA to extract information that actually has prevented attacks on the American people. Yet, the only rhetoric is that somehow, those who favor such techniques, are using “the ends to justify the means”. Well, honestly, that in effect is true. As long as this nation is in the weakened state of intellegence gathering, the means being used by this Administration is going to lead to an ends that isn’t going to be pretty and will result in countless numbers of Americans being killed or harmed. This bunch in Washington now have determined that there is no longer a “war on terror”, but instead believe it is more “politically correct” to use terms like “man induced actions” against this nation.

We also have the person in charge of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, who is more concerned with labeling basically any person with Conservative viewpoints as “right wing extremists” that law enforcement and others need to watch. They fear that taking a stand against abortion, supporting third party candidates, or exercising free speach rights is far more of a threat than Al qaeda or other Muslim extremists. They believe that many of the terrorists in Guantanamo need to be be released and put into American society, only to let them run free to kill Americans once again.

Then we add to the entire mix that the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Silvestre Reyes (D-Tx) wants to establish oversight on the CIA. This would mean hearings and discussion publicly of many of the intellegence gathering techniques that have been necessarily secret in nature. Many of those in the CIA are going to be leaving very soon and only to be replaced with inexperienced, politically correct people, and unable to gather the information needed to prevent another 9/11 attack or even worse. The very agency that is going to be needed to prevent attacks is going to be so weakened that we will be unable to determine who is planning what, when or where. We may as well bend over and grab the ankles for all the “upholding the Constitution of the United States” is going to do from this Administration.

It has become painfully obvious that the Liberals in charge are determined to keep the political divides in this nation alive and well. This one single event (releasing the CIA memos on interogation techniques) is polarizing this nation even farther to those who support it on one hand, which is the vast majority of Americans, to those who think it might be “torture” on the other hand. Sadly, those who will pay the price for using those divisive efforts by the Liberals is going to be the American people. It will take thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, dying from a dirty bomb, a biological attack, or who knows what, before the people take a stand and say “NO MORE”.

One thing is definitely for certain- the CIA will be blamed for not seeing it coming, not those responsible for making sure that the weakened state that agency has been placed in. It’s time that the American people understand, Liberals are never going to take the blame for something that they can place on someone else. It’s their way of creating another crisis that they will not let go to waste.

Sadly, you are going to be the one paying for all of that “polical correctness”. When or where, who knows. The agency who should know will be reluctant to even discuss it or disclose it. I would call the actions of this Adminstration treasonous. You can call it what you want, but either way, this nation is not the safe haven it once was for it’s people.

It’s time to take action and to do so now. Otherwise, we are going to be another third world nation who can’t seem to understand the reason for the foreign attacks on our soil. To look to those who are supposed to be protecting us will be pointless. Afterall, the “polical correctness” is all that counts to Liberals, not the Constitution that places that responsiblity solely on the heads of government to protect this nation from those who want to see us defeated.

But with the Keystone Cops in charge, it’s going to be another case of “ready, fire, aim” as usual.

When the announcement was made that Sen. Arlen Specter flipped to the Democrats, the range of emotions was from one end of the spectrum to the other. It just goes to show you, based on Specters statement, that he KNEW Conservatism would stand on principles he lacks. A loss? I call this one a WIN in every sense of the word.

First, you take what Sen. Specter had to say today in his announcement and all you need to understand is right in his very own words:

“It has become clear to me that the stimulus vote caused a schism which makes our differences irreconcilable. On this state of the record, I am unwilling to have my 29-year Senate record judged by the Pennsylvania Republican primary electorate. I have not represented the Republican Party. I have represented the people of Pennsylvania.”

Well, Senator, it IS painfully obvious that you simply don’t get what Conservatives in this nation really want. We want FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY from our elected officials and in the minds of MOST Americans, the “stimulus porkulus” bill was probably the final rose on your political coffin. For many years, you have spoken liberalism, voted liberalism, and even ran as the most liberal “Republican” in Congress. Your last election was closer than you expected and the simple fact of the matter is, Americans today are concerned with the impact that massive government spending will have on their lives today, in the future, and in the future of their children and grandchildren. Tax increases are going to be inevitable and many today are simply not willing to accept those as good for this nations growth or survival.

So Senator, you even had the “gall” to come up with this gem in your “acceptance” speach as a Liberal/Socialist supporter:

“The American people do not care which party solves the problems confronting our nation. And no senator, no matter how loyal he is to his party, should or would put party loyalty above his duty to the state and nation.

My change in party affiliation does not mean that I will be a party-line voter any more for the Democrats that I have been for the Republicans. Unlike Senator Jeffords’ switch which changed party control, I will not be an automatic 60th vote for cloture. For example, my position on Employees Free Choice (Card Check) will not change.”

It is really a shame that you, Sen. Specter, are so mistaken that to the American people it doesn’t matter which party solves the issues of this nation. When you are affiliated with the party of “change” that is bringing a fast driven movement of this nation toward Socialism, the party of higher taxes, and the party of massive spending and growth of government, YOU failed to understand that this is the very single issue that more Americans fear happening and will definitely vote to defeat in the very near future. Your obvious “fear” of a Primary defeat as the RINO “Republican” you were at the hands of a CONSERVATIVE, is going to resonate a message that most people are seeking leadership and that leadership will be elected as the new Senator from Pennsylvania. He WILL be a Republican and his name is Pat Toomey.

Did the Republicans lose today?

Not at all. Reality is, Conservatism won today! We only lost a Liberal who masked and paraded as a Republican who should have switched parties long ago and been defeated as the Liberal he really is. Was I dismayed at hearing the news? Not at all and I have a very good reason for my feelings. During the debate and pending vote on the “stimulus porkulus” bill, I  sent Sen. Specter an email espressing my concern for this nation and our financial future should this Bill pass. His curt and demeaning reply said all I needed to hear to put that straw on the camels back that broke it in half.

His comment was basically that he would not accept any emails, letters, or commentary from anyone who wasn’t a resident of Pennsylvania. He also said that he supported the “stimulus porkulus” spending. Obviously, the American citizen and the voice of THIS citizen wasn’t all that important. Well, Senator, my voice IS important and YOUR vote cast “yea” was not in the best interest of this nation and I can assure you, time will prove that I am correct in my assumptions. It will be proven as the massive debt is increased, the rate of inflation hits double digits, and the interest on the debt isn’t even going to be collected in tax revenues in the near future. That Sen. Specter, is all you need to understand why you are going to be sent to defeat in 2010.

My final thoughts: Thank Goodness you are FINALLY on the side you belonged all along. Finally, we are going to be able to say thanks, but no thanks to your Liberal/Socialist viewpoints you have held all along. Add to that, Senator, it’s time you were put to pasture anyway, as a Republican for sure and as the Liberal Democrat DEFINITELY!
