We the undersigned hereby Petition the Congress of the United States of America, pursuant to the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, to directly address a Joint Assembly of both the House of Representatives and the Senate to relate directly the following grievances of the People of the United States of America:
1. The excessive regulation of all business and industry in this nation no longer makes it possible for free enterprise to survive. The current laws of this nation no longer makes it possible to realize the original intent of the Founders that would allow any person to freely exercise a commercial enterprise without government interference. Our current Federal laws must be changed or repealed in order to allow the free markets once again thrive and succeed and to remove the massive government controls that is denying our Constitutional rights to Liberty and Freedom.
2. The government of this nation has swollen to the point where it is no longer sustainable with the continued borrowing and increases in debt. We hereby demand that Congress learns to live within its means and no longer continues to spend money that it does not have. Our current tax payments are being wasted with projects and programs that no longer represent the desires of the majority of the people of this nation, but instead are going toward the desires of Congress in order to continue their political careers. We hereby demand that Congress immediately determine ways to reduce the size and scope of our government as it has become repressive in nature and no longer provides the protection of the rights of the American people.
3. Taxation has become predatory in nature and is no longer voluntary as provided for in our laws. We demand that Congress pass taxation laws that no longer allows the confiscation of the income of the individual or corporations and that a Bill be passed to repeal the Sixteen Amendment and sent to the individual States for a ratification vote. Furthermore we demand that a tax system be designed in which all American citizens are required to pay taxes no matter their current economic situation as provided by Article 1, Section 3 of the Constitution of the United States.
4. Congress has no longer become the protector of the Liberty and Freedom of the Citizens of this nation as prescribed by our Constitution. We hereby admonish Congress to remember that you are our elected officials and in the matters of legislation, your primary role is to protect these rights above all matters brought before this Congress. We no longer feel we can trust our Congressional Representatives as long as they continue to take the path that leads to Congress telling us what we will do when Constitutionally, WE will tell YOU what we will ALLOW you to do. The power of our government lies NOT within the halls of Congress, but is vested solely in the People.
We hereby submit to Congress these grievances and demand, as guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States, to be allowed to present these through a representative or representatives of our choosing. Denial of this petition nor denial of our demand to address Congress will be tolerated and will be appealed to the Courts of the United States of America with the request to demand hearing as proposed by this petition.
We, the undersigned, by signing this petition, do hereby affirm that:

2. Have not had any of our rights as citizens revoked or denied by any Court or Jurisdiction
