“Joe the Plumber” asked one simple question about his American Dream- owning his own business. The answer was revealing about Obama’s views-”..spread the wealth around”. Instead of standing on his position, Obama and his minions are trying to destroy poor Joe- and you too.

I love those people who work with their hands. Common sense people who clear out your clogged drain or fix that leaking pipe, the guy who changes your car’s oil and fixes those bad brakes, the electrician who finds that bad wire that is causing your lights to flicker, and the brick layer who was involved in building your house are all just people we often take for granted. Each of these people, and the countless many and nameless more, are the people who are the backbone of America.

Yet, Sen. Obama chooses to ridicule “us” for being an American with a dream to excel in life, to own our own business, to seek advancement with our current employer to the top. Sen. Obama claims “he doesn’t know any plumbers making a quarter of a million dollars” only indicates how foolish he really is and how condescending his remarks really are when it comes to you and I. He really thinks that it is government who determines who get to have the dream and who gets to share in this nations wealth.

What Sen. Obama really doesn’t get is that many of “us” have either had or currently HAVE many of the same issues in our lives that ‘ol Joe has in his. We work for someone else, perhaps in a small company, with a wage that we all desire to be more and are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. We all dream of someday being our own “boss” and look for income creation methods that will work. We are those potential “franchisees” that are courted by many in our fields- The Jiffy Lubes, the Roto-Rooters, the Subways, and the like. We dream of a better life for ourselves and understand that the ONLY security we really have is from our own abilities and skills and desire to maximize those and earn our own way.

Instead of the MSM focusing on Sen. Obama’s ANSWER to the question, they instead direct their “fire control” to the person asking. The answer is more than telling, but totally revealing WHO the man, Barack Obama, really is and what he believes. He is a Socialist- plain and simple. he believes that government and ONLY government is capable enough, smart enough, and fair enough to determine who is worthy and who isn’t of an American dream. Some in the media have referred to “Joes Dream” as a fantasy and never to be a reality.

Well America, I can tell you one thing, with Barack Obama as President, you can kiss your sweet and daring dreams goodbye. He will be taking your wealth by taxation, seizure, and even by force if necessary and REDISTRIBUTING that wealth around- to those who won’t and refuse to make their own way. His running mate, Joe Biden, calls paying taxes “the patriotic thing to do” and that it is “time to get with the program”.

Well, the program sucks and I will not buy into it. I don’t go to work everyday and earn my own way for the government to tell me that I owe even more taxes to “redistribute” to those who “need it” more than I do all in the name of “fairness”. There is a huge difference in “fairness” and LIBERTY. The fairness Obama supports is nothing more than Socialism from the word go and is a direct idea from Karl Marx, the father of Socialism.

So, if you have decided to vote for Sen. Obama, I ask you first to consider your right to dream simply because you are an American. That is what your forefathers fought and died for and many will die for again. So if your dreams are something you want to disappear, then go vote for Sen. Obama. Your mind is made up that Socialism really isn’t “that bad”. But, if your heart desires are yet unfulfilled, and you still have hope that your vote Nov. 4th, 2008 will keep that dream alive, you will find a different lever to pull.

It is up to you from this point on. Either you will think about the importance of Liberty and Freedom or the chains of Socialism taking away your dreams one little bite at a time. Once again I ask you to read this statement and determine your own fate based on where we are headed today. It might make you do something you may not be doing- THINK!

Democrats are not your friends, but instead subtle destroyers of the American dream. They are doing it with the offers of “goodies” from government that sounds really grand. But in a socialist nation, everything comes from the government and is the way of life. I challenge you again to THINK. It might be the best time your ever spent with yourself to preserve this nation and the liberty we claim we love.
